Shipping

All PALLIS orders are dispatched from Byron Bay, Australia. Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States is complimentary, with all duties and taxes included on international orders. Shipping to the European Union is not yet available. Join the mailing list to be notified when it opens.

Pre-order pieces require approximately 2–4 weeks after the pre-sale ends to reach us. Once received, your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn beyond trying on and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of being received.

To arrange a return, contact hello@palliseyewear.co within the return period. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the piece is faulty.
