Shipping

All PALLIS orders are dispatched from Byron Bay, Australia. Shipping within Australia & New Zealand is complimentary, with international shipping available at a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Pre-order pieces are expected to arrive within 4–6 weeks. Once received, your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes determined by the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

Full-priced pieces may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

To arrange a return, contact hayden@palliseyewear.co within the return period. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the piece is faulty.
